Project development

Project development is a new business field of Woschitz engineering. Topic-specific (e.g. „feasable living on the border area Austria - Hungary “) we talk to investors, who are searching for interesting and economically meaningful projects in this future region.

Our competence for project development devides itself into two different areas: We draw specific knowledge around the conditions of the region from the surrounding field of the building range, where we have decades of regional experience in Burgenland and the border regions. Technical know-how and a network of partners (e.g. architects) guarantees for a permissionable conversion of the project.

We support our project suggestion with numbers and so we offer a clear decision basis for investors within the range of living and tourism.
