Project description
The intention was to build a new spa facility as a solid reinforced concrete structure with basement, ground floor, 3 upper floors and stairways to the 4th floor.
The 4th floor is a lightweight steel structure. A steel-glass structure spans the entire inner courtyard. Hotel Sonnenpark is a modern family hotel, directly connected to the Lutzmannsburg-Frankenau thermal spa.
